Effective on-site supervision has always been one of EEC highest priorities. Our team of project managers includes some of the best talent available anywhere. They are directly responsible for the success of our construction projects and they play an important role in the furthering of EEC growth and reputation.

Ronald Batiste, President/CEO of Eagle Environmental Construction is an international business man involved in the development of communities around the world. Since 1990, Ronald has focused on the building industry for both residential and commercial design / build construction. With more than 23 years of real estate development experience, he has thorough knowledge of all aspects of development, finance and construction. He is a graduate of the Loyola Marymount University with a Bachelor of Science Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering. Additionally, he attended graduate business school at Golden Gate University.
Ronald Batiste has owned and operated many businesses in the following industries: Engineering, Telecommunications, Construction, Marketing, Oil Exploration, and Finance. Ronald holds licenses (CSLB #972036) as a General Engineering Contractor (A), General Building Contractor (B), Hazardous Substance Removal (Haz) and Radiological Materials.
Ronald is an advocate for the First Nations in Canada. Many First Nations communities from Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta and British Columbia will be utilizing EEC’s turnkey design / build housing and commercial buildings program. Since 2006 he has consulted many Aboriginal communities in various areas including the creation of a 50-year reservation plan. Ronald is helping the First Nations identify business within their community to create revenue streams to sustain their economic futures.
Wilton Watson, Business Development /Program Manager for Eagle Environmental & Construction leads our business development in the San Francisco Bay Area, the state of California, nationally and internationally. He has held leadership positions in both the public and private technology sector. With more than 25 years of telecommunication technology experience, he has thorough knowledge of business development, project management and system analysis. Since joining EEC, Mr. Watson has focused on business development in the construction industry in general construction, design/build construction, environmental assessment /remediation and hazardous waste remediation.
Mr. Watson has managed large complex projects using design, engineering and project management skills. He overhauled the state of Texas Public Health Telecommunications systems a $43 million dollar project comprised major upgrades of their network and infrastructure. He designed and project managed several Fortune 500 company network integrations, estimated cost over $100 million dollars along with a $1.5 million upgrade to California’s DMV employee reimbursement system.
